Understanding Your Refund Options

Refund Eligibility for Garments

Print Faults Only: We only offer refunds on garments if there is a verifiable print fault. Refunds are not provided for any other reasons such as size exchanges or change of mind.

How to Request a Refund:

  • If you encounter a print fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at here.
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the print fault and include a detailed description of the issue.

Review Process:

  • Upon receiving your refund request, we will inspect the evidence provided and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

CDs

  • Non-Refundable: CDs are non-refundable. Please consider your purchase carefully.

Additional Guidelines

  • No Returns for Dislike or Fit Issues: Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for dislike of the design or issues related to fit if the product matches the description provided at the time of purchase.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: For items that arrive defective or damaged, customers must contact us immediately upon receipt. In such cases, please provide photos of the defective or damaged item along with your proof of purchase.

Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returns are properly packaged and shipped. Beyond Genius is not responsible for items damaged or lost during the return shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or the incorrect item was shipped.
